1 room available in a furnished House in Como - 200$ pw+utilities in COMO, Western Australia for sale

We are looking to share 1 room in our house in Como, the room is furnished with student desk, chair, fan, heater, builtin wardrobe and a mattress. The house has a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room with appliances (microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc).
The house is located in a quiet location in Como (Morrison Street), Bus route 34, 33, 106, 30 and 31 are in close vicinity of the house.
The room is available as of now, the rent for the room is 200$ p.w., the bills of the utilities like electricity and water need to be shared. We have a wireless internet connection at home, if needed we are happy to share the internet at a nominal monthly charge.
We are a couple with our 8 month old baby, the house is smoke free and we do not wish to have pets at the moment since we have a young child.
The common areas (living room, kithchen, bathroom and toilet) would have a roster, the duties would be rolled over on a weekly basis.
It is ideal for students studying in Curtin University, Bus route 34 just takes 7 mins to reach Curtin.
